I do a complimentary confidential short call with every new potential client to find out what area you are looking for support and what I would be able to offer. Every one is individual so it is important to make sure I am the right fit for you and vice versa! This also allows us to jump right in the first session with the good stuff; bringing about change and transformation.

In that call we can have a chat about how many sessions you might need.

Background on my training

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a model which focuses on the way our mind and communication interact to drive our belief systems and behaviour. By focusing on these belief systems and programming, we can achieve different results.

Understanding these models leads to a generative, life-enhancing pathway of personal and professional achievement, a sense of wellbeing and (as I myself have experienced) an incredible freedom.

One of the most resonant tenets of NLP for me as a coach is the fact that  whilst human behaviour always starts from a positive place, that behaviour may have become self defeating, but since  the intention behind it was once positive it is still possible to meet its original positive purpose  I work with clients to focus and explore these reasons and to come up with other ways of asserting boundaries or feelings, leading to a radical change in how we feel.
