The Programme

A small online group coaching programme designed to help you move forward with clarity. Each session builds on the last: you’ll notice what’s keeping you stuck, try practical ways to shift it, and leave with exercises and strategies to apply in everyday life. This programme is capped at six participants, allowing me to work with each person individually and provide tailored guidance throughout.

Schedule

We dive into your unconscious mind, the autopilot patterns that shape your thoughts, feelings, and reactions. This week is about noticing the patterns that have been quietly steering your life, clarifying what you actually want, and giving yourself more choice. You’ll set a personal intention to guide the month ahead.

Time to get hands-on. You’ll learn simple, practical tools to notice old patterns as they appear—and shift them in the moment. Experiment, play, and start creating real flexibility in how you respond to life.

We explore the beliefs and stories that shape how you show up, and uncover who you are when you’re not trapped in old patterns. You’ll imagine what life could feel like in a few months and begin living those shifts now.

To make sure this isn’t just a programme you enjoyed, you’ll have a 15-minute 1:1 call at the end to consolidate insights and carry your changes forward into your everyday life.

Anyone feeling stuck, flat, overwhelmed, or off-track. It’s ideal if you want support but 1:1 coaching isn’t the right fit right now.

Completely. Most people feel that way at the beginning. The group is very small, the pace is gentle, and you’ll never be put on the spot.

Sessions aren’t recorded to keep the space private and safe, so you’ll need to attend live.

Each session is fully interactive, and you’ll also get a 15-minute 1:1 reflection call afterwards to personalise your takeaways.

We focus on shifting your inner world — not just talking, analysing, or giving advice. The tools support real change in your personal life, professional life, and everyday patterns.
