As a hypnotherapist based in London, I work with people with phobias.  If you’ve been avoiding  flying, driving, lifts, the sight of a spider; you’re not alone. Phobias can feel overwhelming and life-limiting. 

I offer targeted, powerful hypnotherapy sessions to help free you from fear and restore your sense of ease. Whether it’s emetophobia, claustrophobia, fear of flying, spiders, or driving anxiety, this work doesn’t just help you cope, it helps you rewire the fear response completely.

How it works

This isn’t talk therapy or long-term coaching. I offer 1–3 standalone sessions specifically for phobias. Often, one session is enough to create a profound shift.

We work directly with the unconscious mind,  the part of you that runs fear reflexes and protective patterns. Using a safe, gentle hypnotic process, we can update your nervous system’s response so it no longer goes into overdrive. This is not a quick fix,  it’s deep, lasting change

When we combine Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with hypnotherapy, we don’t just suppress the fear:  we shift your relationship to it. It’s a powerful re-patterning of your system, from within.

This is a focused, one-off process designed to be direct, safe, and highly effective. For clients inside my coaching programmes, I often use hypnosis to support mindset change. But for phobias, the format is standalone and targeted.

  • Online via Zoom

  • A short consultation to map out your fear pattern
