It begins with a confidential discovery call free of cost. You need to know if I am the right person to show you how to get in the driving seat of living your best possible life and if it feels like the right fit for both of us.
We have a call where we discuss the issue you want to focus on and I explain what working together would look like.
My coaching approach is rigorous, and warm, with humour and relentless passion and excitement for your journey. I want every one of my clients to succeed and feel freedom and lightness. Commonly clients say to me is ‘I never thought about it like that’ ‘I can’t believe I can change that’ .
My professional qualifications allow employees to draw on their individual wellbeing budgets for our sessions.
I work with clients globally online or offer in person sessions in the Finsbury Park area.
By special arrangement I can offer in person sessions elsewhere.

I offer an in depth hypnotherapy session to release people from their phobias. Whether it is claustrophobia, driving anxiety, a fear of flying, emetophobia or spiders. I work with people from 1-3 sessions.
One session on its own can often have life changing results.
Sessions are on Zoom, last 45 minutes and I work with clients worldwide.
£200 per session.

My goal is to show you how you can live a life without being controlled by stress and anxiety, or know how to break free from issues that are holding you back. My focus is around empowering you how to gain the tools to move forward without creating dependence on the process. The coaching programme lasts around 3 months.
We are working with the unconscious mind which controls around 96% of everything we do. Most common approaches purely focus on the conscious mind. It is about breakthroughs, shifts and ultimate success. It is not about learning more about your problem but the solution that will give you the confidence to release you from what holds you back. It is a straight talking life changing process.
Coaching is a process that helps you to go from where you are now in the present to where you want to be. In comparison to some modalities of therapy it has a quicker pace and is more solution focused. Many of my clients have found therapy valuable (as I personally have) but have lacked some of the practical tools to clarify what they want and enact and rewire that change. If you are ready to experience change, work out what you really want from life and move forward then coaching is for you.
Not in the formal sense. What we do is use simple, guided techniques that help your mind notice unhelpful patterns and shift into ways of thinking and feeling that actually work for you. It’s gentle, tailored to you, and designed so change happens naturally and feels real, without forcing anything or needing to label it as hypnotherapy.

Life coaching and hypnotherapy is not covered by most insurance companies. However, many employers offer wellbeing budgets for coaching. Many of my clients have found this has covered our work together.
